A Note on the Magic of HANDMADE
Tumbler Care
Because each item is custom-made just for you, customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your purchase. Please remember, we are not machines and these are handmade. If there is ever a noticeable issue, we either do not sell it or we will discount the tumbler and put it on our site with the disclosure.
If there is a defect on our part, such as epoxy lifting or a crafting error, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right. We will happily do everything we can to repair the issue for you.
Glitter going airborne is crafting reality, minor stray sparkles are not considered a product defect.
Please note: Any defects or required alterations must be brought to our attention within 30 days of purchase.
We pride ourselves on creating pristine, high-quality pieces, but because our studio is a magical haven where multiple custom projects are crafted simultaneously, glitter can sometimes go airborne. While we make every possible attempt to ensure your tumbler is perfectly pristine, we cannot guarantee that a tiny, stray piece of glitter from another project won’t find its way onto yours. Think of it as a little extra unexpected sparkle...a true hallmark of a 100% uniquely handmade item! Because of this airborne crafting reality, minor stray sparkles are not considered a product defect.
Hand Wash Before Using your tumbler!
Hand Wash ALWAYS! This is rule Number 1 and most important. Give your tumbler some love with warm water, gentle soap, & a soft sponge.
Do NOT Soak Me. I cannot swim! Leaving me submerged in a sink full of water will ruin my seals and wreck the design.
NOT Dishwasher Safe. The dishwasher is the ultimate villan. It will ruin the finish, melt the seal, and break our hearts. Keep it out!
Do NOT Microwave. Unless you want to see sparks fly, keep this baby far away from the microwave.
Do NOT Bake Me in the Car. It gets hot hear in Florida and I will not survive in there. Heat will melt me.
Don't Drop Me. Gravity is not our friend. It will crack the epoxy and could dent the stainless steel cup. Likewise, the glass coffee mugs will probably shatter.
